What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all tenant fit-out, renovation and reinstatement works within the shopping centre.
2. Review and monitor tenant drawings, submissions, method statements and technical documents.
3. Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, Mall Management and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth project execution.
4. Ensure all works comply with Mall Fit-Out Guidelines, approved drawings, tenancy conditions, authority requirements, safety and quality standards.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress, workmanship and compliance.
6. Coordinate and monitor Architectural, M&E, Structural, Fire Protection and other technical works.
7. Work closely with the Group Manager, Tenancy Design Management on tenant design, fit-out and technical matters.
8. Monitor project schedules and ensure works are completed within the approved timeline.
9. Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
10. Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, inspection reports, permits and project documentation.
11. Coordinate handover**, inspection and reinstatement** upon completion of tenant works.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in shopping mall, commercial building, construction, fit-out, property management or related environment.
• Experience in retail tenant fit-out will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with architectural and M&E drawings.
• Knowledge of building services, construction practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
• Technical Competencies
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Knowledge of retail fit-out procedures and construction methodology.
• Basic understanding of electrical, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection and building systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of occupational safety and health requirements.
• Ability to identify defects, workmanship issues and deviations from approved drawings.
