EXECUTIVE, FLIGHT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION AND PLANNING

Area of Responsibility:

• Monitoring for Pilot and cabin crew planning and administrative activities in Flight Operation Department  and propose Weekly, Monthly, Quaterty and Yearly Report for management perusal.

• Control and monitor valid date Pilot and cabin crew License,Medical,Passport,ID card and other documents.

• Management of all stationary, equipment of Flight Operation Department. Plan to purchase, stock and distribute uniform.

• Support Internal Proposal and Duty Travel Request.

• Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• 1-3 years in Airline industry or experience in similar capacity.

• Possess strong conceptual ability, good leadership skills

• High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments

• Computer (MS Office)

• Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill

• Understanding of airline legal agreements, trainnig agreement especially CAAT would be preferable

• Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage
