EXECUTIVE - FRONT DESK

Job Summary The Executive - Front Desk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support at the front desk. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Assist with basic data entry and maintain records using MS Excel.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
