Executive Front Desk Concierge

We are seeking an experienced, service oriented, professional Concierge to join our team. This position scheduled hours are 7am-3pm.The ideal candidate will possess customer service experience and/or hospitality experience. Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Resident and guest check-in and monitoring

· Package management

· Signing in vendors and giving them FOB in exchange for their ID

· Assist residents as needed

· Amenity reservation and tracking.

· Surveillance and monitoring.

· Excellent Customer Service skills required.

· Computer Skills MS Office use of office printers/ Scanner. Yardi/Package Concierge experience preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Concierge: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

• One location

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
