Executive Front Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling Bike & Auto driver walk-ins, welcoming and guiding drivers through the onboarding process.
• Explain the required documentation, procedures, and onboarding requirements to drivers.
• Assist drivers with the registration and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for driver verification and onboarding.
• Address basic driver queries and provide appropriate guidance.
• Ensure smooth and efficient walk-in management and a positive driver experience.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
• Experience in customer handling and walk-in management.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple walk-in customers/drivers and resolve basic queries professionally.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in reception, customer service, driver onboarding, field inspection, or similar roles will be preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, or Operations Control Desk.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
