Executive - Front Office,

1. Guest Relation Executive : Location : Matunga

Job Description:

• Handle the sales office look & feel (Admin)
• Attend all walk-in customers (Direct / Via presales team / via Channel partners)
• Ensure that the sales team are attending to customers at the earliest possible time and take them through all set procedures.
• Ensure the family members of customers are taken care of while they attend the AV/ Sales meeting/ Model Showcase etc. (Eg. Elderly parents / Children)
• Check with customers if they were satisfied with their experience at the sales office did they got an answer to all their queries about the product, pricing, etc.
• To ensure direct & CP sources are captured at the first visit properly.

Desired Skills:

• The person should exhibit strong communication skills, as she will lead sales employees and will need to communicate effectively with customers
• Should have an optimistic attitude, and be willing to go above and beyond for their customers
• Should be comfortable working on weekends & public holidays
