Senior Executive - Fulfilment (Inventory Planning & Control)

Role Summary
The Senior Executive - Fulfilment is responsible for managing PR & MRP based order creation , inventory planning, forecasting, and control to ensure uninterrupted supply to laboratories. The role involves close coordination with labs, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, timely order fulfilment, and accurate stock
control.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase / supply orders based on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) received from labs and System MRP after validating quantity, specifications, and approvals

• Track orders end-to-end and ensure timely fulfilment as per defined SLAs

• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely supplies

• Follow up on delays, shortages, and quality issues and ensure resolution

• Support inventory planning and forecasting based on PR trends, historical consumption, and demand inputs

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses / lab locations to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory

• Maintain system and physical inventory accuracy and ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance

• Track and control slow-moving, non-moving, and ageing inventory
  Coordinate with labs, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth fulfilment

• Prepare MIS reports on PRs, orders, inventory levels, fulfilment status, and stock variances

• Support audits, stock counts, and adherence to internal SOPs and inventory controls

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of fulfilment operations and inventory control
  Experience in PR-based order processing
• Hands-on working knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP (MM / SD), and other ERP or inventory management systems
• Good analytical skills with strong MS Excel / MIS reporting capability
• Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate

• Experience in fulfilment, inventory planning, or supply chain
  operations

• Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or distribution preferred
