Executive (G card Holder)

Position Overview

The Import Export Clearance Executive (G- card holder) will be responsible to handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments. The candidate will coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
• Prepare, verify and process Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill and other customs documents.
• Coordinate with Customs officials, clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Track the status of shipments and follow up on pending customs clearance.
• Coordinate for examination, assessment, query replies and out-of-charge (OOC) procedures.
• Ensure documents and declarations are accurate and comply with applicable Customs requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth shipment movement.
• Maintain proper records of customs-related documents and transactions.
• Resolve documentation and clearance-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Customs procedures and company requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid G-Card under the applicable Customs regulations.
• Good knowledge of Customs clearance procedures.
• Knowledge of ICEGATE and customs documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with Customs authorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

Any Graduate preferred, Relevant experience in CHA / Customs Clearance / Freight Forwarding will be an advantage.

Valid G-Card is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
