Get to know the role:

To support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, financial reporting, account reconciliation, audit activities and other finance-related matters, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and completed within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis on key P&L account to make sure they are recorded accurately and timely on monthly basis.
• Provide support and monitor on month-end and year end closing to ensure complete according to schedule.
• Assist in reviewing general ledger balances and identify unusual or incorrect postings.
• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliation between group entities.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statement and other reports as deemed necessary.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliation, analyse and correcting discrepancies.
• Provide up-to-date and accurate financial information as and when required by the management.
• Assist with monthly reporting packs and other financial reporting requirements.
• Support finance process improvements and automation initiatives.

You should have:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in Accounts and in a sizable organization.
  Knowledge and experience in Retail will be an added value.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good analytical skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good people management skills and experience in managing a team.
• Mature, proactive, committed and meticulous.
