Executive, General Ledger (Contract)

Principle responsibilities & duties

·       Support Loan Products related day-to-day operation and month end closing.

·       Prepare and ensure reconciliations perform on timely basis.

·       Ensure periodical closings, reports, ledgers are prepared accurately and completed in a timely manner.

·       To ensure the accuracy of information and compliance of policies/procedure/regulations.

·       To attend to various requests/engagement from business units within the agreed turnaround time.

·       Response to relevant audit matters and internal audit queries in timely manner.

·       Provide necessary support for ad-hoc request.

Minimum job requirement (education & experience)

·       Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance and/or professional accounting qualification in CAT, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.

Knowledges, skills and abilities required

·       Good communication skill.

·       Fair knowledge of double entry and excel skill.

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications & accounting system knowledge.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline.

·       Mature with good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative, proactive and team players.

·       Disciplined, self-driven, goal oriented and resourceful.
