Executive - Graphic Designer

Job Title: Executive ( for Graphic Designer role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create graphics, illustrations, banners, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.
• Develop marketing and branding materials in line with company guidelines.
• Design promotional materials for events, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as required.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2- 6 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics is preferable.

Skills Required:

• Creativity and strong visual design skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in designing for social media, websites, and corporate presentations.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
