JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Group Compliance Function

• Monitor regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
• Review and update Group Policies and Compliance Procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews on CDD/EDD during the onboarding process.
• Conduct compliance checks and transaction monitoring in accordance with relevant processes and applicable requirements.
• Monitor AML/CFT/CPF and other compliance matters.
• Identify and follow up on compliance gaps, breaches and corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and management updates.
• Support compliance projects, training and regulatory requirements.

Group Risk Management Function

• Assist in maintaining the Group Risk Management Framework and Methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments, reviews and control testing.
• Identify and monitor key risks and control weaknesses.
• Follow up on risk mitigation, countermeasures and corrective actions.
• Promote risk awareness and effective internal controls.
• Prepare risk reports and management updates.
• Support audit, ISO and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree or its equivalent in the field of Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Finance, or other related field .

• Relevant experience in Risk, Compliance, AML/CFT/CPF, Audit, ISO or Quality Management will be an advantage.

• Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, good organizational skills.

• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to details, efficiency, organize, planning and problem skills are compulsory for this position.

• Ability to understand broader business issues.

• Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload.

• Self-motivated with an appetite to learn, Integrity and professional ethics as well as excellent team player.

• Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering laws are an advantage.
