Executive Growth Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, energetic, highly motivated Executive Growth Coordinator to work directly with the owner of a growing medical weight-loss business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is a go-getter, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and excited about marketing, social media, AI, and business growth.

You will be the owner's right hand and help with a little bit of everything that goes into growing and running the business.

What You'll Do

• Help grow the business in new ways
• Help develop and execute social media and digital marketing.
• Create and coordinate social media videos, UGC, patient testimonials, and other content.
• Help use IRL & AI tools to create images, videos, and marketing content.
• Help launch new weight-loss services, products, and medications.
• Help coordinate staff training and new procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and staff coordination.
• Help follow up with staff and patients on billing and other important tasks.
• Research and vet outside companies and vendors.
• Help solve day-to-day business problems.
• Assist the owner with special projects and whatever needs to get done.
• Occasionally help cover the front desk or other appropriate duties when staffing emergencies arise.

You don't need to know how to do everything when you start. We are looking for someone who knows how to learn, figure things out, and take ownership.

Pay: $51,931.50 - $62,541.16 per year
