Steward is responsible for maintaining workplace hospitality, cleanliness, and support services for employees, visitors, and senior management.

Key Job Responsibilities of a Corporate Steward

• Pantry & Refreshment Management

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry areas.

• Ensure adequate stock of beverages, snacks, crockery, and pantry supplies.

• Meeting & Conference Support

• Arrange meeting rooms before meetings.

• Serve refreshments to management and visitors.

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and properly set up.

• Office Support

• Assist with basic office hospitality requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining, pantry, and common hospitality areas.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for cleanliness and maintenance issues.

• Inventory Management

• Monitor pantry and hospitality supplies.

• Maintain records of consumption and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.

• Ensure proper storage and minimum wastage of supplies.

• Event & Corporate Function Support

• Support internal meetings, conferences, employee events, and corporate functions.

• Arrange refreshments, crockery, tables, and other hospitality requirements.

• Professional Conduct

• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with employees and visitors.

• Follow company hygiene, grooming, safety, and hospitality standards.

• Maintain confidentiality when working around senior management or sensitive meetings.
