Executive Housekeeper

Duties

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning and sanitation standards across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry best practices and sanitation regulations
• Oversee training programs for staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and customer service excellence
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and overall presentation of the property
• Coordinate with other departments to address special cleaning requests or maintenance issues promptly
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and recognition of staff achievements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly
• Experience in managing janitorial operations including laundry services and sanitation management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a hospitality or commercial cleaning setting is highly preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
