Executive Housekeeper

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, comfort, and operational readiness of guest rooms and public areas.

The position is accountable for maintaining the property's physical standards while maximizing housekeeping productivity, controlling operating costs, protecting hotel assets, and ensuring that the department operates through clearly defined SOPs, training programs, KPIs, and quality-control systems.

The Executive Housekeeper will also lead the adoption of technology, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve room assignment, inspection, inventory management, maintenance reporting, productivity, and quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field,

• With at least 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably from luxury hotels/resorts

• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures.

• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards and procedures.

• With proven experience in people management and team leadership.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
