Executive Housekeeper

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team with energy and professionalism. This vital role involves overseeing all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and custodial services across our hospitality or commercial facilities. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient daily operations
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
• Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including specialized sanitation processes for high-touch areas and sensitive environments
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation standards
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and laundry operations to optimize resources
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills with a focus on leadership development
• Excellent managerial communication abilities to coordinate teams and liaise with other departments or clients
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols
• Experience in managing commercial cleaning operations and implementing quality control measures
• Ability to handle laundry services efficiently within a hospitality or institutional setting
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing guest or client satisfaction

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
