We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to join our leadership team, ensuring exceptional housekeeping standards while fostering a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and operational controls in line with five-star hospitality expectations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the Housekeeping team to achieve consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, inventory, linen, uniforms, and operating expenses effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Promote sustainable housekeeping practices, responsible resource management, and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• College degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping management role, preferably within a four- or five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on management approach.
• Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality control, cost management, and team development.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• A proactive mindset, strong teamwork spirit, and commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
