Executive Housekeeper

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality or commercial property. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests or clients. Duties

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation management, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient team.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures aligned with industry best practices for commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and hospitality environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to promote a safe working environment for staff and guests alike.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, and other spaces to verify cleanliness and maintenance quality.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to address guest or client concerns promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping management, or related fields with a strong background in cleaning and sanitation.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while motivating staff.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management.
• Experience in managing janitorial services, laundry operations, and hospitality-related housekeeping functions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
