About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, coach and develop team members, and maintain high standards across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Oversee daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure Marriott brand standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently met
• Monitor room quality, productivity, supplies, and department performance
• Work closely with Front Office and other departments to support a smooth guest experience
• Address guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain proper safety, chemical handling, and sanitation practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, preferably with a branded or luxury hotel
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage, and safety procedures
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
