Executive Housekeeper

Core Responsibilities

• Operations & Inspections: Conduct regular visual inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance compliance.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry personnel.
• Budget & Inventory: Develop annual departmental budgets, monitor labor and operating costs, and maintain par stock for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, update, and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols (such as OSHA or local health regulations).
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with maintenance/engineering for room repairs, the front desk for room turnaround statuses, and purchasing for vendor management.
• Guest Relations: Handle escalated guest complaints, special requests, and lost-and-found items

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
