Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality or commercial facility. Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial services, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; manage procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, restrooms, and other facilities to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial services or janitorial work within hospitality or commercial settings.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, industrial cleaning methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Experience in managing cleaning & sanitation operations, including laundry services if applicable.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards or commercial cleaning protocols is highly desirable.
