Executive Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in rooms and public spaces, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting, managing the housekeeping team, taking and maintaining inventory, and other tasks as assigned by the General Manager. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to provide a pleasant experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection of assigned rooms and areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and item arrangement that meet corporate brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during shift.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
• Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Spanish speaking/bilingual preferred, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for various surfaces and environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
• US Citizen.
