• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and training programs for staff
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all housekeeping activities
