Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for candidates who can do more than manage daily housekeeping operations. We need someone who can build a strong housekeeping team from the ground up, including recruiting and hiring, onboarding, hands-on training, setting standards, coaching employees, and holding the team accountable for performance.

• Hiring and retention: Recruiting housekeepers, interviewing candidates, building staffing levels, and reducing turnover.
• Training and development: Teaching room-cleaning procedures, room inspections, laundry operations, and brand standards.
• Coaching and accountability: Addressing performance issues, correcting deficiencies and providing feedback.
• Quality control: Establishing room inspection processes, improving cleanliness scores, and ensuring rooms are ready for arriving guests.
• Operational efficiency: Managing labor hours, productivity, supplies, schedules, and daily assignments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can develop a housekeeping department, not simply supervise one. Experience in a branded hotel is especially valuable because the role requires consistent room-cleaning standards, inspection procedures, and employee accountability.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
