Executive Housekeeper - Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Leadership: Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.

Quality Control: Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, room inspections, and quality assurance procedures.

Budget Management: Experience monitoring payroll, labor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses.

Organization: Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the Front Desk, Engineering, and hotel management.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and hotel operating systems.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve guest complaints, address staffing challenges, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk throughout the property, inspect guest rooms, and assist with housekeeping operations when necessary.

Key Expectations: Maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction scores, control labor and supply costs, ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
