Executive Housekeeper - Regent Phu Quoc

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service and maintain brand standards.
• Plan staffing schedules, allocate duties, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory while controlling departmental costs and budgets.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Other tasks may need assign by manager.
