Responsibility

• Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files using HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday or BambooHR.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and process new hire paperwork.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Track attendance, leave, and overtime data to pass to payroll, and assist with health insurance or retirement plans.
• Employee Communication: Act as the first point of contact for daily staff questions regarding company policies or benefits.
• Compliance & Offboarding: Keep records aligned with labor laws and coordinate exit paperwork during departures.

• Experience: 3-4 years
