Key Responsibilities

• Daily Attendance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and maintain daily employee attendance records using biometric, RFID, or mobile attendance software for 530 employee PAN India.
• Leave Management: Process and verify leave applications, casual/sick leave requests, work-from-home logs, and outdoor duty (OD) requests in alignment with company policies.
• Timekeeping & Shift Scheduling: Track late arrivals, early departures, overtime hours, and shift rotations; maintain accurate daily time logs.
• Regularization & Verification: Follow up with department managers and employees to resolve unmarked attendance, missed punches, and attendance discrepancies promptly.
• Attendance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries, missed-punch reports, and shift rosters for HR management and department heads.
• System Maintenance: Maintain employee master data in the HRMS/attendance portal and coordinate with IT or vendors for biometric machine or software updates and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,165.67 per month
