Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction
• Maintain employee records, HR databases & personnel files
• Prepare payroll, leave & attendance management
• Coordinate performance appraisal & employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with statutory & labor laws
• Support training, development & employee welfare
• Manage office administration, housekeeping & facilities
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers & government authorities
• Manage office supplies, company assets & maintenance
• Handle logistics, travel & event arrangements
• Maintain HR/Admin documentation and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
• Skills: employee management, payroll management, administration jobs, people development, hr management, payroll management, hris management
