Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and project/site functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage the offer, pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Ensure recruitment is aligned with approved manpower plans, budgets and salary bands.
• Track recruitment TAT, offer-to-joining ratio and other recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and evaluate sourcing effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and closures within defined timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or a relevant discipline preferred.
