We are looking for an HR Executive (Female) who will mainly own employee engagement at Mahina, while also supporting HR administration and attendance management.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

• Plan and run events: festivals, team outings, townhalls, and wellness activities
• Run recognition programs (Employee of the Month, service awards)
• Conduct engagement surveys and pulse checks, and recommend action plans
• Hold regular employee check-ins and exit interviews, and track attrition reasons
• Support onboarding and induction for new joiners
• Manage engagement vendors and budget, and handle internal communication

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and HRMS data
• Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving)
• Administer benefits and prepare HR MIS reports

Attendance Management

• Monitor daily attendance and leave records
• Reconcile month-end data and share it with payroll on time
• Handle attendance and leave queries

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 3 to 5 years in HR with engagement experience
• Working knowledge of HRMS/attendance tools and MS Excel
• Good communication skills; English and Tamil preferred
• Creative, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality

• Engagement score and survey participation
• Events delivered on time and within budget
• Attrition and retention trends
• Attendance data accuracy
