Executive - HR (Generalist)

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (Onboarding to exit formalities).
2. Conduct employee induction and orientation for new hires.
3. Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation (digital and physical) Manage employee attendance, leave, and punctuality sheet.
4. Monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll.
5. Design, Create and post on social media for hiring, employee engagement, company culture, achievements, and events.
6. Organize company events, festivals, birthdays, work anniversary and team-building activities (Fun Friday).
7. Announcement for all the activities & celebration happens on floor.
8. Employee engagement and teamwork activity.
9. WhatsApp group celebration reminder or update for activity or general message.
10. Support management with HR reports, documentation, and audits.
11. Maintain the company's employer brand and online presence to attract talent.
12. Assist in implementing HR systems, attendance software, and HR process improvements.
13. Handle EPF and ESIC registrations, monthly contributions, KYC updates, nominations, claims, and compliance.
14. Open to accept the task which management feel can be done by HR.

Job Timings – 12:30 PM till 10:00 PM and 01:30 PM till 11:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
