Executive - HR Operations

· Writing and updating job descriptions to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the positions to be filled.

· Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

· Review resumes and applications to identify relevant skills and qualifications.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.

· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.

· Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

· Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

· Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).

· Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other databases.

· Assisting new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

· Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork.

· Responsible for managing onboarding and exit formalities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
