HR Executive – Job Description ✓

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, joining formalities, induction, documentation, and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files, verify documents, update HRMS, and ensure confidentiality.
• Manage attendance and leave records, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate necessary approvals.
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
• Maintain accurate employee information in the HRMS and generate required HR reports.
• Support the performance management process, including probation tracking, appraisals, and performance records.
• Handle employee queries, support employee relations, explain HR policies, and ensure compliance with basic labour laws.
• Conduct exit formalities, including exit interviews, asset recovery, and full-and-final settlement documentation.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, good knowledge of MS Excel, HR operations, payroll coordination, HRMS, communication, and time management; working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
