Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR activities.
• Manage HRBP-related responsibilities and employee coordination.
• Handle payroll-related activities.
• Maintain HR data and reports using MS Excel.
• Prepare and analyse Pivot Tables and HR reports.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR requirements.
• Support day-to-day corporate HR operations.

Requirements

• 1.5–4 years of experience in HR Executive / HRBP / HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
• Good MS Excel & Pivot Table skills.
• Should have Experience in PMS and training and development
• Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Manufacturing Industry Preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
