Job Title: Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive -Solid Waste Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive with a background in the solid waste management sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HRMS/ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires managing workforce requirements for field-intensive operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
• Handle bulk and field workforce hiring (drivers, helpers, supervisors) for solid waste management operations.
• Maintain and update employee records in ERP/HRMS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Process payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure documentation is maintained as per compliance standards.
• Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning and workforce optimization.
• Drive HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements across locations.
• Assist in implementing HR modules within ERP systems and support automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in solid waste management, facility management, logistics, or similar field-intensive industries.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/HRMS systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling blue-collar workforce and high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic and operations-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline.
• Experience in multi-location workforce management.
• Exposure to HR analytics and automation tools.
