About the role

This role involves managing and supporting employee relations, assisting in talent succession planning and development, and handling day-to-day HR administration and employee services. You will maintain and improve HR systems and HRIS, support payroll and HR data administration, ensure proper HR documentation and compliance, and work closely with management and employees to resolve HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant experience in HR operations and administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who can work with people at different levels
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Minimum 4 years Experience in a unionised workforce / Industrial Relations environment will be an advantage
