Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions and levels.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Discuss and negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects.
• Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Track candidate joining status and support smooth onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the HR team.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, BPO, or Corporate Recruitment will be preferred.
• Strong target-oriented approach with good recruitment closure skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
