1. Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll records, attendance, and leave data
• Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and deductions

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Manage filings and returns related to statutory requirements
• Keep updated records as per legal guidelines

3. PF & ESIC Management

• Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) registrations, contributions, and returns
• Resolve employee queries related to PF/ESIC
• Coordinate with government authorities when required

4. Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)

• Manage LWF deductions and timely submissions
• Ensure compliance with state-specific LWF regulations

5. Labour Relations

• Maintain healthy relations between management and employees
• Assist in handling disputes, negotiations, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

6. Grievance Handling

• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly
• Conduct investigations and recommend solutions
• Promote a positive and transparent work environment
