Our Client is looking for a proactive and confident HR Generalist to support HR operations and partner internal stakeholders in a public healthcare setting.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates keen to further their career in HR , including those with strong HR internship experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to HR-related enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Engage hiring managers, employees and internal stakeholders to address HR issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Handle challenging conversations and stakeholder expectations professionally, confidently and tactfully.
• Assist with employee relations matters, performance management and other HR initiatives, as required.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects, process improvements and other assigned duties to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience. Candidates with good HR internship experience or HR experience are of added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels are valued. Able to manage difficult conversations, handle competing expectations and address issues with maturity and professionalism.

• Resourceful, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
