Executive, Human Resource - Maternity Replacement

*This is a 4-month contract position from November 2026 to February 2027, to cover an employee on maternity leave.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of talent acquisition activities from sourcing to onboarding which include advertising, screening of candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks, documents compilation and coordination of interview appointment for hiring managers.

• Work closely with hiring manager in identifying the requirements and to recruit the right candidates within the time frame given.

• Collaborate as a team to develop and implement creative sourcing tactics and methods.

• To assist Employee Engagement initiatives/activities.

• To assist with headcount for Bursa and the Management Organization Chart.

• To prepare monthly cross-charging billing memo to respective subsidiaries for recruitment costs (e.g., Jobstreet job posting and Verity background screening fees)

• Perform other ad- hoc assignments and administrative duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate with Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/Psychology/Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
