Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offers.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and confirmation processes.
• Manage talent management activities, including employee development and retention.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and career development.
• Identify training needs and arrange training programs.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, training records, and HR reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR-related tasks.
• Other add-hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
