EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATIONS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely manpower support.
• Review HR documents including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and disciplinary letters.
• Oversee monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Manage performance appraisal, salary increment, bonus, EA Form, and Form E processes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, JTK).
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters including investigations and termination processes.
• Advise management on HR policies, employee issues, and labor law compliance.
• Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee records within HR systems.
• Improve HR SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
• Lead and supervise HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (Infotech is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
