Executive - Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs and project teams on HR matters, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower requisition, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle HR operations, including performance management, training, employee benefits, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate annual manpower budgeting, salary review, and performance appraisal exercises.
• Support employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate statutory matters, including EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/EIS, LHDN, and HRD Corp.
• Support work permit applications and liaise with external agents when required.
• Coordinate HR activities and provide HR support to project sites and regional offices.
• Prepare HR-related documents and support internal and external ISO audits.
• Undertake other HR projects and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, project-based, or multinational companies is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
