About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Indirect Purchase professional for a leading engineering and manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiation and end-to-end procurement of engineering-related items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Indirect Purchase / Procurement activities.
• Source and procure Jigs & Fixtures, Tooling Parts, Assembly Line Commodities, PLC, Fabrication and other engineering-related items.
• Identify and develop new vendors for required materials and services.
• Float RFQs, evaluate quotations and conduct price/cost analysis.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, quality and delivery.
• Manage the complete procurement process from RFQ to PO and final delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per business requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, pricing and delivery commitments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Indirect Purchase / Procurement
• Experience in Jigs & Fixtures / Tooling / Fabrication / PLC / Assembly Line commodities
• Good knowledge of Costing & Price Analysis
• Strong Vendor Development & Negotiation skills
• Good understanding of RFQ to PO process
• Experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment

Candidate Profile:

• 3-4 years of relevant procurement/purchase experience
• Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making
• Strong technical understanding of engineering procurement
• Good communication and negotiation skills
