Executive - Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities:

• To provide monitoring and 1st level support for the Company's IT infrastructure services.
• To monitor the performance and status of the Company's IT infrastructure using appropriate monitoring tools to ensure it is functioning correctly as per business and service level requirements.
• To respond, troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues on the infrastructure as soon as possible which includes onsite and remote troubleshooting, coordination with onsite and/or remote support engineers, and escalation to the next level of support where necessary according to the standard operating procedures.
• To follow a set of procedures for incident management from incident identification to investigation, root cause analysis, resolution and closure with proper documentation.
• To undertake or assist in project works as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in a related field. However, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Possess knowledge of infrastructure operations and application of best practices.
• An innovative team player who is aggressive and dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, mature and result-oriented.
• Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Have a high sense of personal responsibility and ownership, hard-working and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Eagerness to grow and develop skills in infrastructure services operations.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and odd hours when required.
• Possess own transport and must be able to travel when required.
