Executive - Inside Sales

• Generate and qualify B2B leads for integrated facility management services (housekeeping, technical, support services, etc)
• Map assigned accounts — sites, headcount, incumbent vendor, contract renewal cycle and decision makers across admin, HR and procurement
• Reach out to corporate decision makers through LinkedIn, calls and email campaigns
• Qualify opportunities on scope, site count, contract expiry and budget cycle before scheduling meetings or site visits for the Business Development team
• Coordinate with operations for proposal preparation and follow up through the decision cycle
• Maintain complete and same-day records of all accounts, contacts, calls and next actions in CRM
• Re-engage dormant and lost accounts and
• Work to a monthly and quarterly scorecard on connected calls, qualified leads, lead quality and proposal value

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation or tele-sales
• Excellent spoken and written communication; confident with senior corporate decision makers
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and disciplined CRM follow-up
• Fluency in English, Hindi and the regional language of the assigned territory
