Key Responsibilities

Policy & Placement Support

• Prepare and process insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal slips.
• Assist in placement by liaising with insurers to obtain competitive terms.
• Issue, check, and maintain policy schedules, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.

Client Servicing

• Support in handling client requests, queries, and policy changes.
• Prepare client reports, renewal notices, and premium payment reminders.
• Maintain updated records of client policies and ensure timely follow-ups.

Claims Coordination

• Assist clients with claims notification, documentation, and submission.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to track claim progress.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure claims are settled within agreed timelines.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and claims in the system.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Prepare reports, trackers, and renewal registers.
• Support in presentations, proposals, and client meetings (as needed).
• Handle premium payments and reconciliation support with the accounts team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in an insurance broking firm or insurer (preferred).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
