Inland – Port Operation (Kuantan), Hub East Coast, Serendah Yard & Hub Southern

Maintenance and upkeep of office and yard premises, managing inland hub overheads and monitoring operational expenses.

Manage Subordinates, drive development training and monitor team performance.

Prepare for count activities, including vehicle listing, arrangement, and reporting, oversee receiving and delivery of stock.

Conduct vehicle inspection.

Expedite delivery of vehicles within 1 day upon arrival.

Liaise with relevant authorities, shipping partners, and ECRL regarding CBU delivery and receiving.

Prepare monthly reports, monitor staff tardiness, handle quarterly department meetings.

Executive – OSD (HQ)

Monitor hourly production output and share result in the daily Asakai for both shifts

Communicate and coordinate with PMSB & PGMSB on daily operational issues.

Liaise promptly with relevant parties within the same shift to resolve operational-related issues

Conduct time studies and motion studies to support and improve takt-up / takt-down activities

Executive – SMP (HQ)

Ensure sooth daily production operations, including monitoring incoming units, manpower productivity, and production output.

Drive and support continuous quality improvement activities.

Update and maintain SOPs and support ISO audit requirements.

Monitor and control production costs.

Plan, monitor and arrange manpower requirements for production.

Monitor and maintain records of staff attendance, tardiness and overtime.

Coordinate the resolution of production, quality and plant – related issues.

Monitor and maintain records of ferry car usage, including maintenance history, petrol usage and maintenance costs.

Prepare various reports, including production reports, departmental weekly reports, management reports, business plans, purchasing reports, customer first reports and QKPI reports.

Prepare and provide production and standard -related data as required.

Executive - OSD - PPC (HQ)

Conduct process studies to identify operational issues, improvement opportunities and potential productivity enhancements.

Develop and propose process improvement plans and countermeasures for management review and approval.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to implement improvement initiatives and action plan.

Explore and evaluate new technologies and methods to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Prepare reports, finding and presentations to communicate improvement results and recommendation to management.
